Digital, film, and the moments they hold.
Two rolls of real Super 8 are $1,000, captured, processed, and scanned in 4K; additional rolls are $400. Two rolls of 35mm are $500, captured, processed, and scanned; additional rolls are $200. Two rolls of 120 medium format are $650. Digital film-look and Super 8 simulator footage are labeled as digital.

How should we store the finished work?
Download the original delivered files and keep copies in two separate locations. A gallery link is useful for sharing; it should not be your only backup.
What about albums and prints?
The 12- and 14-hour photography collections include a $500 album credit. Fine-art 10x10 albums begin at $1,250, 12x12 albums at $1,750, and parent 8x8 duplicates at $650 each. Download your gallery, save a second copy, and choose the photographs you want to live with.
Can we request rush delivery?
Ask before building a plan around an earlier deadline. Availability and the price must be confirmed; adding a request in the planner does not reserve an expedited slot.

Engagement sessions are $1,200 standalone, or $600 when booked with an 8-hour wedding collection. Proposal sessions include planning help and coverage, from $1,200. Additional hours are $600 per service or $1,100 for photo + film together, with the 12:30 AM end cap still in place.
Real Super 8 includes two rolls, captured, processed, and scanned in 4K for $1,000. Additional rolls are $400 each. 35mm includes two rolls, captured, processed, and scanned for $500; additional rolls are $200 each. Two rolls of 120 medium format are $650. Simulator footage and digital film-look edits are described as digital, never as real Super 8.

We manage your files, curate the story, make final selections, complete finishing touches, and approve and deliver the finished work, including for our associate-team bookings. Trusted editing support may assist along the way, with our final creative direction and review.

How we store, back up, and deliver your files.
Dual-card-slot cameras + professional media
Our professional digital photography and filmmaking cameras have dual card slots. We use professional-grade SanDisk and Sony SD cards. Film cameras and specialty weekend cameras have their own recording formats and workflows.
Multiple drives + NAS storage
Our digital storage setup includes multiple external hard drives, including Samsung and LaCie drives, plus a network-attached storage system, or NAS. Jessica and Corey manage the files, reconcile captured media, create independent backups, and spot-check files through the production workflow.
Onsite + geographically separate copies
We keep digital file copies onsite and offsite, including an additional copy stored in another state. This gives us a geographically separate backup alongside our local storage.
Cloud storage + gallery backups
Google Drive and Pic-Time are our primary cloud and gallery platforms, alongside our hard drives and NAS. Our workflow includes cloud storage and Pic-Time gallery backups. Dropbox or WeTransfer may also be used when a project needs an alternative file-transfer method.
Digital delivery by default
Finished photographs and films are delivered digitally unless your collection or agreement expressly includes a physical delivery item. USB flash drives are included only when specified in your package or arranged with the studio.
Your own long-term copies
After delivery, download your full-resolution photographs and films and keep copies in at least two separate places. Gallery and transfer links are useful for access and sharing, but should not be your only archive.
For retention periods, gallery access, or a replacement download, contact the studio with your names and event date. Your agreement and delivery instructions govern access and any included physical products.
Understanding analog
Film has a character and a process of its own.
35mm, 120, and Super 8 are physical film formats. Grain, color shifts, light leaks, and variations in exposure or focus can be part of their character. Vintage cameras and film stocks can introduce additional unpredictability.
Physical film must be handled, processed, and scanned before digital files exist. It does not have the same immediate digital backup workflow as our digital coverage, and there are risks of damaged or unusable frames or footage during capture, handling, or processing.
These inherent qualities are part of choosing analog coverage and are not, on their own, editing defects. Your signed agreement sets any applicable film-specific risk and liability terms. Please discuss particular expectations with us before adding film to your collection.

Know where to find your update.
Our business days + turnaround
Office hours are Monday–Thursday, 10 AM–3 PM Eastern. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and observed studio holidays do not count as business days. Count from the next eligible business day after the starting date. Photo previews are due within 7 business days. Week-based delivery ranges are calendar-week estimates unless your signed agreement says otherwise. Your signed agreement and confirmed project updates govern your booking.
Paid projects take priority
Paid, contracted projects take priority over volunteered, complimentary, and bonus work. Volunteer-event and bonus-content timing can vary with the paid production queue. Any revised timing will be communicated directly; your signed delivery commitments remain specific to your booking.
When we work for another studio
If Jessica or Corey covers an event as an associate or second photographer or filmmaker for another company, we are independent freelancers working under that booking studio for the assignment. This is not an ongoing affiliation between the brands. We capture and hand off the assigned media; we do not manage that studio’s client planning, communication, editing, or final delivery. Contact the company you hired and signed your contract with for all gallery, film, and turnaround questions.
When you book our associate team
Our associates represent the booked studio on the day and provide the technical photography or filmmaking coverage. They do not handle client communication, planning, editing, or delivery. Your booked studio manages those steps, including creative direction, final review, and the links to your finished work. Please contact the studio directly rather than the associate.
Volunteer + community events
For volunteered events, contact the main event coordinator for gallery access and registration details. Confirmed public registration and gallery links will be posted with the event’s status when available. If a link is not listed, please ask the coordinator; a pending status does not mean a gallery is ready.
Your delivery email
We will always email delivery links directly through the gallery platform or a studio email when your work is ready. Check your inbox and spam or promotions folders. A tracker update is not a replacement for your delivery email. Public project records use initials, dates, locations, or general event labels rather than couple names.
