What arrives, and when.
Use these studio planning windows alongside your signed agreement. A teaser or preview is a separate delivery from the full gallery or film. Your individual agreement and direct project updates determine your actual deadline.

The wedding filmmaking guide also describes a 30–60 second social teaser, full ceremony and toast/speech films, licensed music, and drone coverage where allowed and feasible. Confirm the final deliverable list in your agreement. The current teaser reference window is shown above.

Digital photography
Still images covering people, places, portraits, and the unfolding day. Your final edited gallery is the photographic story.
35mm + medium format
Analog still photographs developed and scanned before final editing. The 35mm two-roll addition starts at $600. Medium-format requests need a confirmed rate and scope.
Digital filmmaking
Movement, pacing, and recorded voices. Let us know about readings, live music, letters, and surprises so audio can be planned.
Super 8
Analog motion film with its own grain and rhythm. A two-roll addition starts at $1,200. It is not continuous digital coverage and does not replace a separate plan for vows or speech audio.

After delivery
How should we store the finished work?
Download the original delivered files and keep copies in two separate locations. A gallery link is useful for sharing; it should not be your only backup.
What about albums and prints?
Start with favorites that tell the whole story. The Full-Day + Extras photography collection includes a $500 album credit; product selections and any remaining balance depend on the final order.
Can we request rush delivery?
Ask before building a plan around an earlier deadline. Availability and the price must be confirmed; adding a request in the planner does not reserve an expedited slot.
