We build backward from light, movement, geography, people, and the memories you want to keep. Then we leave enough room for those memories to happen.
This is not a checklist you need to perform perfectly. It is a place to make grounded decisions, understand the production behind the work, and arrive at the celebration knowing the important things have already been considered.
Your planning room
Move through the tools in order, or enter wherever you need clarity today. Each one supports the same calm, experience-first approach.
Start with the real shape
Coverage should match the event you are actually creating, not a package name you are trying to squeeze into.

The essential story

Nothing rushed

More than one chapter

Before the wedding
Photography · digital · 35mm · medium formatOne story, more than one language
Expression, composition, family history, gesture, light, and the frame you did not know was happening.
Voices, vows, laughter, music, pacing, movement, and the way the people you love sounded in this season.
35mm, medium format, Super 8, and point-and-shoot imagery add texture and imperfection without replacing the reliable digital record.
From first thought to family heirloom
Planning continues after the last song. Delivery, albums, prints, and the way you return to the work are part of the story too.
Choose three words for how you want the celebration to feel. Note the people, places, traditions, and sensory memories you cannot imagine leaving out.
Match the number of hours and team to the real event shape. Your signed proposal confirms the booking schedule, scope, and payment terms.
Confirm scope, venues, travel, privacy, accessibility, major restrictions, and whether an engagement session belongs in the story.
Complete the final questionnaire, family groups, vendor list, addresses, priorities, and draft timeline. Confirm the payment checkpoint shown in your agreement.
Lock team roles, call times, meals, weather plans, travel buffers, permits, analog choices, audio needs, and the final call sheet.
We arrive early, scout, synchronize, and document without forcing. The plan holds the logistics so you can be present with your people.
Cards and rolls are reconciled, backed up, processed, edited, color-checked, and delivered on the schedule in your agreement.
Choose album images, order prints, share with family, revisit the film, and mark the anniversary with a print, session, or new chapter.
See where planning leads
Explore the work, understand the services, then decide how you want the story to live beyond delivery.
Built from behind the cameras
We are Jessica and Corey, a husband-and-wife photography and film team. After more than a decade documenting everything from intimate elopements to multi-day destination weddings, we know the strongest work begins long before we pick up a camera.
Our approach pairs editorial composition with documentary storytelling. We guide the logistics, coordinate photo and film, and stay sensitive to the people and moments that should never feel produced.
