Choose the next two decisions, assign an owner, and leave the rest for your next check-in. Bring the questions that affect photography or film to us early.

Give each decision an owner.
Beside each task, note who is handling it, when an answer is needed, and what it depends on. A photo-location decision may need venue permission; a portrait plan may need family input. Share those dependencies before the final week.
Move into production planningCoverage policies
A little structure. More room to live it.
- Continuous coverage only. No split coverage.
- Coverage ends by 12:30 AM.
- A real break is built into the day. A hot meal is provided for coverage over 4 hours. If no break is planned, the team takes one.
- Upgrade-only after booking. You may add to your collection; it cannot be downgraded.
$1,500 retainer, with the remaining balance in three equal payments. Full balance due 30 days before the wedding.
