What each team arrangement means.
Arrangement
Who covers the day?
What to confirm
Jess / Corey-led
Jessica leads photography and Corey leads filmmaking when personally included in your proposal.
The booked lead, services, additional creatives, and hours.
Associate-led
A trusted associate leads photography, filmmaking, or both with the agreed team.
Who leads each service; Jess and Corey’s attendance is only included when explicitly confirmed.
Mixed team
Jessica or Corey leads one service while an associate leads another.
Each person’s role, coverage hours, and coordinated plan.
Second creative
An additional photographer or filmmaker supports the lead and adds another perspective.
A second creative is an added role, not an associate replacing the lead.
The studio stays with the story.
Your trained associate team leads coverage on the day. Jessica is your primary client communicator, directs the work, and edits the finished photographs and films. Published 6-, 8-, and 10-hour rates keep the scope clear before you book.
$1,500 retainer, with the remaining balance in three equal payments. Full balance due 30 days before the wedding.
Questions worth asking before booking.
Will Jess or Corey be at our wedding?
Only when your proposal explicitly includes them for on-site coverage. An associate-led collection does not automatically include either of them behind the cameras.
Is the editing still handled by TCC?
Yes. For a TCC associate booking, the studio handles editing direction, final approval, and delivery. We may use editing support, with final selections and finishing reviewed by Jessica and Corey.
Is this the same as a referral?
A TCC associate booking stays with our studio under the agreed proposal and contract. With a referral, you book a separate business, and that business sets its own pricing, editing, agreement, and delivery.
Can we see work by the proposed team?
Ask us for relevant samples and to explain which work reflects the proposed coverage arrangement. We confirm lead roles and the team arrangement before booking.
Does a booked date rule out every option?
Not always. Jess and Corey’s availability can differ from associate availability. We check the services, date, travel, and proposed team before offering coverage.
Office hours are Monday–Thursday, 10 AM–3 PM Eastern. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and observed studio holidays do not count as business days. Count from the next eligible business day after the starting date. Photo previews are due within 7 business days. Week-based delivery ranges are calendar-week estimates unless your signed agreement says otherwise. Your signed agreement and confirmed project updates govern your booking.
Paid projects take priority
Paid, contracted projects take priority over volunteered, complimentary, and bonus work. Volunteer-event and bonus-content timing can vary with the paid production queue. Any revised timing will be communicated directly; your signed delivery commitments remain specific to your booking.
When we work for another studio
If Jessica or Corey covers an event as an associate or second photographer or filmmaker for another company, we are independent freelancers working under that booking studio for the assignment. This is not an ongoing affiliation between the brands. We capture and hand off the assigned media; we do not manage that studio’s client planning, communication, editing, or final delivery. Contact the company you hired and signed your contract with for all gallery, film, and turnaround questions.
When you book our associate team
Our associates represent the booked studio on the day and provide the technical photography or filmmaking coverage. They do not handle client communication, planning, editing, or delivery. Your booked studio manages those steps, including creative direction, final review, and the links to your finished work. Please contact the studio directly rather than the associate.
Volunteer + community events
For volunteered events, contact the main event coordinator for gallery access and registration details. Confirmed public registration and gallery links will be posted with the event’s status when available. If a link is not listed, please ask the coordinator; a pending status does not mean a gallery is ready.
Your delivery email
We will always email delivery links directly through the gallery platform or a studio email when your work is ready. Check your inbox and spam or promotions folders. A tracker update is not a replacement for your delivery email. Public project records use initials, dates, locations, or general event labels rather than couple names.
